4.1 Ge-Enviro Building Offices
Complete design, construction, and finishing of office spaces Implementation of blacksmithing and carpentry work for foundations, waterproofing, civil works with block construction, electrical and plumbing installations, interior fit-out, flooring, and furniture installation, all executed according to engineering standards to ensure quality and functionality.
4.2 External Works for Ministry of Communications
The project involved the complete external development for the Ministry of Communications external Area, including site preparation, Softscape, Hardscape and Paving, Shade Structure Fabrication, Irrigation and Landscape Lighting systems.
4.3 Capital Institute Landscape Project
Rehabilitation of construction, and finishing of the Capital Institute landscape and exhibition areas 69,000.00m². Included Landscape, Paving, Electrical installations, steel structures for exhibition spaces, and landscaping and coordination of the exhibition and booths areas.
